The platform uses Google's official YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos directly to the user's own YouTube channel.
UploadlyApp allows users to:
- Queue multiple video uploads
- Apply reusable upload templates (privacy, title rules, audience settings)
- Manage large upload sessions
- Reduce repetitive manual upload steps
UploadlyApp does not bypass, automate, or interact with YouTube outside of Google's official API framework.
- Users authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0.
- Users explicitly grant permission to upload videos to their own YouTube channel.
- Video files are uploaded directly from the user's browser to YouTube using Google's official resumable upload system.
- Our servers do not store or host user video content.
- Authentication is handled entirely by Google.
- We never ask for or store your Google password.
- Access is limited strictly to the permissions you approve.
- Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account permissions page.
- UploadlyApp operates in compliance with YouTube's API Terms of Service and Google API Services policies.

- Queue rows now render real video thumbnails generated directly from each selected file (emoji fallback remains only if preview extraction fails).
- Thumbnail previews are scaled and cropped with a crisp fit so queue cards look cleaner and more informative before upload starts.
- Upload status and queue flow refinements from recent sessions were merged, including cleaner resume behavior and clearer in-row progress feedback.
- Mobile-first adjustments, preview-mode onboarding, and expanded theme controls remain active and polished in this release.
- General stability pass across upload workspace rendering to keep UI updates smooth during long multi-file queues.
- Mobile layout fix: app now collapses to single-column under 900px to prevent horizontal scroll.
- Sidebar behavior improved on small screens, and right-side session panel stacks under the main upload area.
- Added preview mode from login so new users can explore the full UI before authenticating.
- Expanded theme system with stronger full-app visual changes and custom theme controls.
- Refreshed branding assets (new UploadlyApp logo marks in app and tab icons).
- Improved upload/network resilience messaging and progress visibility during long queue sessions.
